Studio A23: Cooperation of Burda Studios Pictures and event agency GRAL
Munich, March 2021 – In the last months, the Munich event agency GRAL and Burda Studios Pictures, part of the media group Hubert Burda Media, have bundled their strengths to offer customers an exciting area for the implementation of creative streaming concepts, called Studio A23 , because digital live events are – especially in the current times – the best possibility to organize events, workshops, congresses and concerts that are safe and accessible for a wide audience.
The photo and video studio A23 is located in the easily accessible home of Burda Studios Pictures in Munich’s Arabellapark. It offers everything your heart may desire: A twelve meter wide cove screen (12 meters x 10 meters x 6 meters) for the professional staging of lectures, discussions, product presentations, artist performances and the likes. Permanently installed, individually adjustable lighting, a small gallery in a loft look and feel usable as a backstage area or a separate set, a functional make-up room, a small catering kitchen and, above all, a powerful internet connection for successfully realizing streaming formats.
A special treat is the directly connected studio kitchen, which offers enough space for the production of cooking and recipe videos, kitchen talks and similar formats. There are hardly any limits to creativity in this location comprised of almost 200 square meters.

Hygiene concept by G.R.A.L. for BR / Paulaner production
We are still very proud that, on behalf of Paulaner, we were able to make our contribution to the first “distance-derblecken” on the Nockherberg by creating the mandatory hygiene concept.
We would like to thank Paulaner, Paulaner Nockherberg and BR Fernsehen for the uncomplicated, good and pleasant collaboration on this project!
The end result of the production can be viewed in German on the BR website.
Hygiene concepts for industry, services, events and many more
Many companies around the world are currently taking on the responsibility of developing and implementing measures to contain the global pandemic – regardless of whether in offices, shops or production facilities, in meetings or at events.
With a viable, individual hygiene concept, a piece of normality returns to the industry and the service sector. For our customers, regardless of whether they are a company, association, event location or agency, we not only take on the risk assessment and the creation of the hygiene concept, but also the coordination with the respective authorities and, if desired, the implementation and monitoring of the measures on site, including the possibility of tests as well as the training of employees.

A drive-in cinema on Theresienwiese
Münchner Merkur, April 23rd 2020: “The Munich event agency G.R.A.L. would like to set up a temporary drive-in cinema on Theresienwiese. […]
For Alexander Wolfrum, CEO of G.R.A.L., the matter was clear: “We want – like many other people – to finally experience a sense of community again. Or at least some sense of it.”
That is why the man from Munich and the team of his event agency, G.R.A.L., worked on a special project for a few days: They would like to set up a temporary drive-in cinema on the Theresienwiese – so that collective cultural experience is possible during the Corona crisis.”
