OSRAM at the Eurovision Song Contest

OSRAM has been the official lighting partner of the Eurovision Song Contest for a number of years and provides the complete lighting both at the location of the competition and at the respective public viewing. Of course, a promotion stand is a must to advertise the products and to come into contact with (potential) customers over the entire period.

Special highlights over the years: Using the live voting app “Lightify@ESC” specially developed for the ESC, viewers were able to choose the color in which Vienna City Hall would shine in 2015. In Stockholm, visitors then had the opportunity to demonstrate their singing and performance skills at the stand for the first time: After selecting one of eight ESC songs, visitors were able to use a DubSync booth to record short videos. They could send the results via e-mail and/or share them on social media channels. Great fun for young and old!

Always part of the process: G.R.A.L. GmbH. In Stockholm, Vienna, Hamburg, Lisbon and Tel Aviv, the agency was responsible for the conception, planning and supervision of the promotional stand. In addition, the agency was allowed to plan and implement a two-day VIP program for selected customers in the respective city in some of the years.
